Job Descriptions
1. Familiar with the quantity of warehouse-in & out goods every day, accurate operation, be alert to service accidents and man-made accidents;
2. Reasonably make arrangement of the delivery trucks/customs declaration/airport transport/flight booking;
3. Actively coordinate the works among accounting department, sales department, and suppliers; and work with relevant departments to solve various problems in time;
4. Track and confirm the receivables and payables of the clients in a timely manner.
Requirements
1. More than one year of logistics customer service management experience (new graduates are also welcome);
2. Familiar with the operation of China-HK cross-border operations; know about documentations, freight forwarding, transportation and import and export trade;
3. Good communication ability via emails, quick thinking, strong adaptability, active and positive;
4. Proficient in MS office, especially Excel and Powerpoint;
5. Careful, considerate, strong sense of responsibility, strong communication skills and teamwork spirit.
